Hello!
I'm Harmony, a lover of makeup, hair and fine art. I'm based in Devon, and I'm currently undertaking my Level 5 qualification in my second year of study at Arts University Bournemouth, on the BA Hons Makeup for Media and Performance course. I love listening to a vision and helping it come to life, with my main focus being on you feeling as confident and beautiful as possible within yourself!
For the past four years, I've also worked at Rockbeare Manor Wedding venue, in housekeeping, where I've learned the importance of punctuality and a relaxed atmosphere on your big day!

What I Offer

A phone or video call : Following your enquiry, to chat through any ideas, questions, allergies and plans. This is a free service and can help you decide whether you feel I could be a good fit for what you have in mind!

A Trial : We can then arrange a date and time for a trial run through. This is a great way to explore different alterations in order to get the perfect outcome on the day! A trial is highly recommended if you're a bride and also available for any other members of the party who I will be working on. I travel to you for the trial, and if multiple people are having a trial, theirs will ideally take place at the same location and time. A trial is another way for you to see if you feel I could be a good fit for you and your day! ​

Follow up chats: If there's anything you're thinking of altering, between your trial and / before the day of your wedding or event, I will be available through text, email or phone call to chat these through with you!

On the day! After discussing which looks are being created and the timings of your day, I will have created a getting ready schedule, listing who I will be working on and at what time. This helps everyone to be ready with plenty of time left before the time you need to leave. This time is then available for taking photos, getting changed and is there if there has been any unforeseen delays or any last minute touch ups are needed! Every makeup booking includes a small touch up kit, enabling you to have a small sample of your lip and concealer shade as well as a powder puff and sample on hand, to keep your makeup looking untouched for the duration of your event!

(Please note: Some products will require a patch test at least 24 hours before your first application, to ensure there are no reactions. This is a small swatch on your forearm and will be arranged at a convenient location for us both, free of charge!)

Travel Costs
An additional charge of 45p per mile for any journeys outside of a 10 mile catchment from where I am in Exeter will be added on quote. This includes travel for both trials and on the day.

Cancellations and Insurance
After getting in touch I will send over the information regarding my 4 stage payment plan. This consists of an initial 15% deposit of the total amount to secure your booking, then an upfront payment for the trial, followed by the remaining cost of the booking across two final payments.

If a booking is cancelled before the payment due dates listed on your contract, I will offer a refund (excluding the non-refundable 15% booking deposit and trial payment if this has taken place.)
​
However, if the booking is cancelled after the date where the payment was due I cannot guarantee a full refund. The amount I'm able to offer as a refund will be dependent on the situation and closeness to the wedding date.
